Did you know that 250,000 families are forced to make use of Food Banks at the moment? There are charitable groups which will supply an emergency Box of Food for 3 days, to tide people over until they can make contact with other bodies which can help more long term. Can you imagine your circumstances being reduced to that?

If you would like to help people who are in such dire need then you can put a few tins or packets (NO fresh food please) into the Box found at the rear of all our churches. The goods go regularly to either POLLY or BYHP both of which work with young homeless people locally, and continue to support them as they move into more permanent accommodation.
