Bishop Colin’s charge to us at the Visitation in Bloxham on June 19th was What is your vision for your parish/benefice?

Once we have been able to articulate an answer to that BIG question then everything else we do and plan serves that vision, and we start to make a strategy to achieve it. Our six PCCs, fresh from an evening with Olivia Graham, the Diocesan Parish Development Officer, will be asking themselves that very question.
