The Friendship Club met in SMH on November 6th for a chat and enjoyed tea & cake. The next meeting will be on December 6th: everyone to bring something sweet or savoury plus small raffle prize. Come and join us for a good natter.

The Remembrance Service held in church was really well attended with 62 people taking communion altogether there were over 120 in the congregation. After the service Lord Saye, the senior member of the congregation present, assisted by the youngest member present, planted a Silver Birch tree to commemorate the ending of the first world war. Rev Ronald blessed the tree. (It is very small and needs much prayer!)

In SMH on December 1st the Church Bazaar will be held 2-4pm.

On December 11th in SMH the annual Christmas lunch will be held 12 for 12.30. Please get in touch with Julie Taylor on 262 665 if you wish to come.

The annual Crib Service will be held on December 24th at 4pm. This is a very popular service where the children help to build the crib and also bring gifts which go for children at either Helen & Douglas House or Katharine House.

On Christmas Day the service will start at 11am. Please come along and enjoy the carols.
