All the Easter services were well attended especially Easter Day when we had over 80 people in church.
On 28th April we had the scouts and guides in attendance to celebrate St. George’s Day and to renew their promises. This was a lovely service with Rev. Ronald officiating.
The Friendship Club met on May 7th in S.M.H for a general and informal chat about what is happening in both the world and local community, over a cuppa and biscuits.
For our service on Sunday 12th May, parents and pupils joined us from Bishop Carpenter School. The children who are part of the prayer group at school split up into three around the church. The congregation then visited each in turn to listen to the prayers and took part in the visual aid that complemented the prayers. Ronald led the service. It was so nice to see young and not so young joining together in worship.
