Epwell’s Christmas Bazaar is taking place on Wednesday 3rd December 5.30 until 7.30pm, in St Anne’s Church. The Epwell Elves have been busy all year making a variety of goodies for the event. There will be a selection of stalls including gifts and stocking fillers, homemade preserves, raffle, tombola and more. Entrance is free so come along and enjoy a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie.

Continuing on the festive theme there is a variety of services during December which will hopefully appeal to all ages. First there is the Christingle service at 5.00pm on Sunday 14th after which everyone is invited to stay for mulled wine and mince pies. Then under Dawn’s tireless direction the children will start rehearsing for the Nativity play which takes place in the church on Christmas Eve at 6.00pm. Later that evening when the costumes and stage have been packed away, there will be a Midnight Communion service at 11.30pm. And, looking forward, the Christmas Day service will be taken by Liz Hawkes, starting at 9.30am.
