The Lent Lunch held in Holy Week raised £235 from donations which has been given to Banbury Young Homeless Project. More than £300 has been collected during Lent for Water Aid Jars of Change Appeal. Although the appeal has closed, Jars of Change can still be accepted.

This years Christian Aid Week starts on 10th May: please volunteer to help with a door to door collection in Shutford.

A Beetle Drive is planned for Saturday, 16th May in Shutford Village Hall 4 - 6pm. This is fun for all the family: there is a small admission charge with refreshments on sale.

Shutford Festival is on the Manor Field is on Saturday, 20th June from 2pm with an evening event from 6.30pm. There will be various stall, side shows and competitions including an inter-village Tug o' War. See http://www.shutfordvillage.com or this flyer for more details.
