We had 20 people in St Martin's church on 26th November to enjoy homemade cakes, tea and coffee and chat.

Advent and Christmas services were well attended with 90 villagers enjoying Christingle, Carols and Christmas Day celebrations. Again food and drink was available and everyone spent time to chat after the services. As usual the church was beautifully decorated with flowers and greenery and a Christmas Tree. £100 has been sent to The Children's Society from the Christingle taking our 2016 donations and collections for good causes to £1500.

The final Messy Church Event of the year was held at Bishop Carpenter School on 10th December. The afternoon had a Christmas theme so everyone enjoyed the crafts, a story and of course excellent refreshments.
