The Shutford Festival held in The Manor Field in June was a great social and financial success: £3000 has been given to St Martin's Church to cover building insurance and maintenance projects.

Weekly Community Lunches are held each Thursday from 12.30pm in Shutford Village Hall. Ronald and Elisabeth hosted one held on 9th August and raised £100 for church funds.

The annual Ride and Stride for OHCT takes places on Saturday, 8th September. As usual St Martin's Church will be open all day to welcome visitors. Refreshments will be available in church, with toilet facilities at the George and Dragon. Refreshments available from 12 noon.

Our Harvest Festival is on Sunday, 30th September in church with our Supper and Sale in the village hall the next day at 7.30pm. Monies raised will be given to local charities.
