Alan Perry’s illustrated talk on Mount Athos attracted a cheerful audience of over 30, who were educated, entertained and enthused, as well as fed and watered Greek style. What a splendid evening – we really felt we had sampled some of this most amazing place’s treasures. Over £200 was raised for church funds. Alan has been asked to talk again.

The kitchen and loo project is steadily progressing, and the PCC hope to instruct builders ‘ere long. We are enormously grateful to Stuart Ralph for keeping such a close eye on the project.

At last a shared service between Anglicans and Roman Catholics is in hand…and we await Fr Bill choosing a mid week date in early spring.
