Swalcliffe news

Swalcliffe Concerts welcome Boldwood on Saturday 10th November at 7pm. They will take us back to the 18th Century when traditional and classical music happily co-existed and inspired each other. This provides Boldwood with the core of its repertoire, much of which was discovered in little-known publications and hand-written manuscripts. Tickets and more info will be available in October at www.swalcliffe.org.

Do you remember The Organist Entertains? Well we did our best on August 12th, and Gay, Barbara, Virginia, Sophie, Caroline et al served the most delicious tea to about 50 people. Music by Bach, Rheinberger, Dubois and Lefebure-Wely raised just over £300 for the Swalcliffe Woodland Play Park.
