The Annual Parish Meeting and the Annual Parochial Church Meeting was held in the church after the 11.00am service on Sunday 27th April. The meeting elected members of The Parochial Church Council. The Church Annual report was accepted at the meeting (Copies are available upon request).

On Sunday 18th May we held a Songs of Praise service in the church. The Service was well attended and enjoyed by the congregation. The hymns and the music were detailed by our Rector and prayers were led by Mrs. A. Dean.

Dates for your diary:

• On Saturday 31st May 2014 there will be a service to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the crash of the Vickers Wellington aircraft, near the crash site of the aeroplane at 10.30 am, on the Public Footpath opposite Brookfields, Tadmarton.
• The next meeting of the PCC will be held on Monday 23rd June 2014.
• On Sunday 29th June 2014 at 3pm there will be a “Cream Tea” at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Smith No. 4 Old Glebe, Tadmarton in aid of Church Funds. Cream Teas, Raffle, Plant Stall and a Cake Stall will be available.
• Saturday 9th August 2014 Short/Long Sponsored Walks are being organised.
• Sunday 12th October, The Harvest Supper will be held in the Village Hall
• Saturday15th November 2014 “The Autumn Bazaar” will be held in the Village Hall.

The 10am Tuesday Communion is followed by tea/coffee and biscuits served in The Lampet Arms. Morning Prayers are on Wednesdays at 08.45am in the church. Everyone will receive a warm welcome at ALL our services.
