The afternoon Cream Tea held at the home of Rolf and Lindsey Smith on Sunday 28th June 2015 received £500.00 in donations. The PCC is grateful to our hosts for the use of their magnificent garden and home.

The popular Auction of Promises organised by Chris Dean has raised over £1500. THANKYOU to donors and purchasers alike.

On Saturday July 18th Scarecrow performed a wonderful Folk/Jazz Concert in the Church. Thanks to Shirley Wackrill for her organisation of the event. Thanks also to Richard Asser for his brilliant idea of the village scarecrows and provision of the prizes. Over 40 Village Families displayed their Magnificent Scarecrows. We all enjoyed a smile and marvelled at their construction. Who knows it could become an annual event!
