Attendance at church was well above average over Christmas: the Christingle service on 23rd December was very successful, and there was also a good attendance with plenty of children on Christmas morning: we are grateful to Ronald Hawkes for leading the service and to Alan Perry for leading the musical accompaniment. The organ has now been repaired and is working well.

The Christmas Market on 1st December was once again an outstanding success, thanks to the many stall holders, raffle organisers and providers of refreshments. By the time this edition of Wykeham News is published, our Burns Night supper will have been held at the Village Hall, which will be reported in the March edition. Our next Village event will be the Easter Egg rolling competition on Easter Monday: don’t miss this unique event.
