There was a good turn-out for the Friendship Club on May 7th when the speaker's subject was "Neighbourhood Watch", which prompted many questions and suggestions on how we can all be involved in creating a safer environment for all villagers.

On May 9th there was the benefice Ascension Day service and the small congregation were asked in the sermon "Are you ready to receive the Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday?"
