Epwell's contribution

What a Harvest! The church was wonderfully decorated with flowers from the regular arrangers and from the Epwell Gardening Group; a congregation of over 30 arrived at 7pm for a short service; a slightly larger and slightly different congregation arrived in the Hall at 7.30 for a splendid supper of beef or chicken followed by delicious crumbles, overseen and served by Lin and Julia (to whom HUGE thanks). Various tins and packets were brought to church, and a few days later the Ark Nursery School augmented these gifts with a splendid selection at their Harvest Service in church led by Julia. Bravo Epwell!

And doesn’t the churchyard look wonderful? What excellent mowing and strimming. Thank you ALL.
