At the start of Christian Aid week, Sunday May 11th, we held an Ecumenical Service involving fellow worshippers from the Methodist chapel, the Roman Catholic church, and the Friends’ Meeting House. Thanks to Norman Nash for organising this enjoyable and worthwhile event.

Sibford continues to benefit from the regular Coffee Mornings organised by Evey Boughton; the last one raise £140 for church funds. The next will be on July 19th from 10am to 12noon at Carter’s Yard in Sibford Gower by kind invitation of Mr & Mrs Bannister.

Trinity Fair will be on Trinity Sunday, which is also Father’s Day – June 15th - from 3pm to 5pm in the Rectory garden. EVERYONE is most warmly invited to Afternoon Tea, a chance to chat, look at the garden (bring your gloves and do weeding) and enjoy one another’s company. There will be a Plant Stall, as well as games – just simple English afternoon fun. Children and dogs (friendly) warmly welcomed.
