The evening Harvest Thanksgiving service, in a fabulously decorated church, was well attended, and then we went next door to the Hall for a delicious supper of shepherd’s pie and fruit crumble (not on the same plate!) followed by the auction of fruit, veg and flowers, which all together raised £500. Thanks to those many people who worked so hard to make this lovely annual event such a success.

Messy Church meets on Saturday Nov 14th at 4pm in the Hall for an hour or so of gluey sticky painty fun for smaller children with an adult minder, and then we’ll all share a picnic tea. Do come – and bring your friends, neighbours and grandchildren.
