January news

The Christingle service on Sunday 9th December at 3.30 pm. was very well attended and the Children and Adults made their own Christingle from a kit, under great instructions from The Rector. The children then had their very enjoyable Christmas party in the Village Hall, many thanks to Eileen and Carol who organised this event.

The Carol Service held on Tuesday 18th December at 7.00pm was very much enjoyed by a congregation of over Ninety people, The Choir presented several carols from The Chancel and were on top form.

Our traditional Clypping service on Tuesday 1st January 2013 at 12.00 noon was led by our Rector.

The circumnavigation of the Church was accomplished by the innovative use of a ball of wool, thanks to a great idea from The Rector.

Our Tuesday morning Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer) takes place in the church at 10.00am. An open invitation is given to you to join with us in the Church. This service is followed by tea/coffee and biscuits served in The Lampet Arms.
